THE AGENTSOURS OR YOURS

Agents that know the rules.

Four agents for fleet work, or bring your own. Each gets an identity, limits and a manager — and earns more room on its record.

§ 01 · THE FOUR

Four agents, each bound to a clause.

Each agent works one part of the fleet cycle and is judged against the same agreements as any human.

AGENTWHAT IT WORKSSTARTING RUNG
AGENT SERVICE Work orders against the maintenance agreement: scope, rate in force, panel eligibility, evidence. BOUNDED
AGENT SOURCE Procurement against the supply agreement: approved list, ceiling, duplicate check. BOUNDED
AGENT SCHEDULE Service intervals against telemetry boundaries and the agreed window. ADVISE
AGENT SETTLEMENT Invoice reconciliation against judged events. ADVISE
WE WILL NOT Give an agent authority on install. It arrives at the bottom rung and climbs on record.
§ 02 · THE LADDER

Earned on record, not granted on install.

An agent climbs one rung at a time and loses it the moment a bound is breached. The ceiling is permanent.

AN AGENT HELD BELOW ITS RUNG IS HELD BY A CLAUSE, NOT A CAPABILITY
RUNGWHAT THE AGENT MAY DOWHO STARTS HERE
OBSERVE Every act is written to the ledger. The agent proposes nothing. Any admitted agent
ADVISE It proposes; a named human rules every entry. Agent Schedule · Settlement
BOUNDED It may ALLOW inside stated bounds. ESCALATE at the edge. Agent Service · Source
STANDING A current mandate in its own name. Earned by record. None yet
CEILING Settlement, through the ledger at gate 4. Gate 4
§ 03 · ADMISSION

Anyone else’s agents, same agreements.

Korrex admits agents it did not build. Admission grants identity and a ledger seat, nothing more — authority is still climbed.

A FOREIGN AGENT AND ONE OF OURS ARE JUDGED BY THE SAME WORDS
01
IDENTITY
The agent is named in the register, with an owner and a responsible human.
02
LEDGER SEAT
Every act it takes is recorded, from the first one, at the OBSERVE rung.
03
MANDATE
A named human states what class of work it may touch, and to what ceiling.
04
REVOCATION
Suspended or revoked in Assurance. One breach of a bound is enough.
§ 04 · MEASUREMENT

Measured as an actor, not a model.

An agent’s record is its standing. Five measures decide whether it climbs, holds or falls.

NO BENCHMARKS · NO ACCURACY SCORES · THE LEDGER IS THE EVALUATION
ruling_agreement How often the agent’s proposal matched the human who ruled on it.
overturned_on_allow Events the agent allowed that a human later reversed. The rung-blocking measure.
escalation_burden How much human attention the agent costs per hundred events.
denied_before_payable Value stopped at the gate before it became a payable.
bounds_breached Any act outside its stated mandate. One is disqualifying.
